The Housing Authority lists opportunities to work with us on the procurement of various goods and services, including capital improvement projects, extraordinary maintenance projects, professional or administrative consultant services, office and maintenance supplies, and other services and materials as needed.
All Invitations for Bid (IFB), Request for Proposals (RFP) and Request for Quotes or Qualifications (RFQ) are posted here on as needed basis.

(ยง135.38) SECTION 3 Requirements
All work to be performed under contracts with MRHA VI are subject to the requirements of Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, as amended, 12 U.S.C. 1701u(Section 3). The purpose of Section 3 is to ensure that employment and other economic opportunities generated by HUD assistance or HUD-assisted projects covered by Section 3, shall, to the greatest extent feasible, be directed to low- and very low-income persons, particularly persons who are recipients of HUD assistance for housing.
